Roughlock Falls is a nature area in Lawrence County, South Dakota. It is located along Little Spearfish Creek which runs threw Spearfish Canyon.
The area is home to an abundance of wildlife including eagles, deer, beavers, elk, bighorns, mountain goats and mountain lions.
