Here in Winnipeg, the largest shopping malls are completely empty. The majority of all stores are closed, and the customers are few and far between.
The current state of Winnipeg’s malls is nothing more than a hollow echo of what used to be. The lights are still on and the mall doors are open, but the shops are closed, the people are gone, and all that’s left is hope for a better day.
